100 Calorie Cinnamon Pancakes


  • 1 1/2 cup whole wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp. baking Soda
  • 2 Tbsp. Splenda No Calorie Sweetener (if desired, you can use the equivalent of your sweetener of choice)
  • 1 cup Skim Milk
  • 1/2 cup Eggbeaters (or similar egg substitute)
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon


Mix flour, baking soda, and Splenda in a bowl.

Mix milk, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl.

Beat into dry mix roughly, so as to add more air to mix.

Stir in cinnamon last.

Serving size is 1/3 cup mix.

Spray skillet with non-stick spray and use 1/3 cup batter per pancake. Cook until golden on one side, then flip and cook until golden on the other side.
